Wildvine Wellness Coworking is an intentionally designed coworking office space community where independent health and wellness professionals can grow thriving businesses. Our nature-inspired space was created to support meaningful work while prioritizing confidentiality and trust.

Providers first complete an application so we can learn more about your practice and determine whether there’s a good mutual fit. If we have the right space available for your practice’s needs, we’ll follow up to answer questions, discuss pricing and availability, and schedule a tour of the space.

Wildvine was founded as an alternative to traditional coworking spaces that are not always designed for the sensitive and deeply personal nature of health and wellness work. We balance stability and flexibility while emphasizing client-facing care through a reliable scheduling model that allows you to establish a routine without competing for space or adapting to frequent changes. The space itself is calm, beautiful, and wellness-focused, with sound machines, quiet full-time and part-time offices, comfortable shared spaces, natural elements, and amenities that help you and your clients feel at ease. Safety is central to the experience, with secure smart lock access, auto-locking exterior doors after hours, emergency call buttons in every office, and personal safety devices for each provider. Every detail is intended to help you feel comfortable and cared for.

Wildvine is a good fit for health and wellness providers who want to run an independent practice alongside like-minded professionals in a calm space designed for client-facing services. It may be less ideal for providers whose work regularly involves loud noise, high client traffic, large groups, extensive equipment or storage needs, significant administrative support, or highly variable drop-in scheduling.

Part-time flex offices offer a low-risk way to build or grow your practice without committing to a full-time office before you’re ready. Our recurring block model gives you the reliability of reserved office time in a turn-key, polished, client-ready environment. Flex providers also benefit from an all-inclusive setup—cleaning, utilities, Wi-Fi, and shared supplies are already taken care of—so you can focus on your work rather than managing space. It’s a flexible way to establish a professional presence, grow at your own pace, and be part of an intentional professional community with opportunities for connection, consultation, and referrals.

Providers operate independent practices and are fully responsible for their own services, scheduling, and client care. While collaboration and referrals may naturally occur, providers do not supervise, coordinate, or share responsibility for one another’s work unless they have independently chosen to work together in a separate professional capacity.

Because many Wildvine providers do sensitive and confidential work, respecting privacy is a vital part of the Wildvine culture. All providers are expected to exercise discretion when interacting with clients in the space, take reasonable precautions to protect confidential information, use secure networks and devices when handling sensitive data, and follow established safety and security protocols.

Wildvine Wellness Coworking is an intentional professional community grounded in respect and trust. To foster a calm, professional environment where meaningful work can take place, we ask all providers and their guests to be mindful of noise, care for shared spaces, honor confidentiality, and follow building safety and access protocols. Harassment, discrimination, unlawful behavior, or conduct that creates risk for others has no place here.
